Struby Construction Wins Record Three Professionalism Awards 

The True Stamp of a Professional 


(ATLANTA) January 16, 2009 – Struby Construction, LLC took home top honors at the Housing Institute’s (THI) Certified Professional Home Builders of Georgia (CPHB) Professional Awards Banquet, winning the Excellence in Customer Service award. The event was held in conjunction with the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association (GAHBA) Installation and Awards Banquet at the Retreat of Dunwoody on January 15.


The CPHB Professionalism Awards are based on approximately 5,000 surveys conducted by GuildQuality, a national customer satisfaction survey firm. The following three categories were awarded: 100% Customer Recommendation, Customer Satisfaction Award and the Excellence in Customer Service Award. “The CPHB Professionalism Awards are the true mark of a builder’s accomplishments, stated THI Executive Director Kim Jones. “These awards are based on feedback from the builder’s homebuyers.


”The CPHB Excellence in Customer Service award is based on the overall highest combined index score in the GuildQuality satisfaction categories for all builders in all categories. Struby Construction out ranked all CPHBs in all categories. This award represents the highest achievement in customer satisfaction and professionalism. In addition to the Excellence in Customer Service, Struby Construction also won the 100% Customer Recommendation and Customer Satisfaction awards.Struby Construction, LLC received the CPHB Customer Satisfaction Award. This award is based on an index score comprised of a builder’s ranking in all nine GuildQuality satisfaction categories. The satisfaction categories include professionalism, scheduling, construction quality, professionalism, scheduling, construction quality, communication, problem resolution and recommendation rate. The combined index score represents the builder’s overall customer satisfaction rate.The 100% Customer Recommendation is based on recommendations from the builder’s home buyers. The builders who won this award had a 100 percent recommendation rate from their home buyers, indicating that the home buyers would recommend their builder to a friend or family member 100 percent of the time. Recommendation rate is one of the highest ratings measured to indicate customer satisfaction by the GuildQuality survey.
